Staff
Dudley has been at FBC Kermit since August 2003. He came here from East Fourth Street Baptist Church in Big Spring, TX, and before that he pastored several churches in Texas and Eastern Oklahoma. He and his wife, Deborah, have three children: Arla, Dathan, and Ethan, and three grandchildren: Colton, John Patrick, and Brileigh.
Davy and Charity Smith - Youth Workers Davy and Charity are working with the youth until the church calls a Youth Director. Charity does the planning and directing and Davy does some teaching. Davy also is a motor cross chaplain and has Moto Cross ministries. Davy and Charity have two daughters: Autumn and Allysia.
Judy has been our secretary since February 2003.
