Verse of the Day
Matthew 5:43-45
“[Love for Enemies] "You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.' But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.”

From our Pastor:

I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you and thank you for visiting the website of First Baptist Church Kermit.  I would like to invite you to visit with us this coming Sunday.  Our weekly schedule is on the right pane of this screen.

First Baptist Church Kermit has been used of God as a shining light and I pray that we will continue to be in the Future.  In Matthew 5:14 -16, Jesus says, "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

If you are searching for a church home here in Kermit, we would be honored to have you come visit.  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  Our contact info is found at the top right of this page.

In the love of Christ,

Dudley Mullins

Pastor
